MARSHALL is currently the subcontractor to ITT Systems Divisions (ITT) in support of a Seaport-e contract supporting the SPAWAR DVB-RCS Services network. We provide equipment, staging, testing and configuration for CENTCOM AOR sites, as well as spares and configuration for all spares procured and notified by ITT and/or the Government customer regarding any inventory changes. We also provide warranty support for all equipment, individual spare parts; repair and/or replacement of defective equipment. MARSHALL provides all shipping and packaging of required equipment to work sites, primarily LSA Anaconda, Balad, and Iraq, or as designated by the SPAWAR customer. This includes configuration management of the DVB-RCS network via pre-configuration of equipment before shipment and of our existing CONUS NOC. We also provide system integration and optimization requirements, configuration support and troubleshooting, including CONUS technical support and NOC assistance. The travel to customer’s premises is within CONUS and OCONUS, including, but not limited to: DISA, Falls Church, VA; Charleston, SC; Stuttgart, Germany; Landstuhl, Germany; and Heidelberg, Germany, for technical and configuration support.
