| Since
the predominance of our performance is hinged upon our ability
to meet and exceed our customer’s expectation, our quality
control method is fully integrated into a problem resolution process.
Through past performance, we have established a quality control
method that is simple and one that works. Since quality assurance
is of the utmost importance to MARSHALL, we continually obtain
feedback regarding our performance and to continuously improve
our processes.
Performance of administrative tasks will take place in our Program
Management Office (PMO), which is also our Network Operations
Center (NOC), centrally located in Zone 2, in Ashburn, Virginia.
Since our NOC is equipped with the latest technology for monitoring
and isolation, it will serve as the central point from which the
network will be monitored and from where escalations will be handled
by MARSHALL. Our NOC is fully capable of accommodating response
times for all customers. From one central source, the NOC manages
and tracks all escalated issues, actions taken and implemented
resolutions. This approach will eliminate redundant efforts throughout
the various zones.

Our
decentralized structure, allows Seaport-e personnel to require
resources immediately to meet these demands. Our approach includes
recurring operational requirements that can be planned for and
easily managed. We are fully capable of supporting baseline contractual
performance and maintain a significant “bench strength”
capacity of technical professionals. Our depth of resources across
large geographic areas allows us to respond quickly and decisively
to any requirements. Seaport-e’s inclusion of MARSHALL gives
us a standing ability to respond by drawing on existing technical
resources pre-positioned throughout all Seaport-e Zones.
MARSHALL
feels as though our approach will prove successful in achieving
the quantum leap in program-level efficiency and effectiveness;
thus setting a new paradigm to “Stabilize, Optimize and
Transform” industry standards throughout the Naval Sea Systems
Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems
Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command,
Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of
Naval Research and the United States Marine Corp.
