U.S. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) AWARDS
MARSHALL COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION
A FEDERAL SUPPLY SERVICE (FSS) SCHEDULE 70

ASHBURN, VA. - January 26, 2006 - Marshall Communications Corporation (MARSHALL) announced today that it has been awarded a new Schedule 70 under the General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Service (FSS). Contract # GS-35F-0195S has been assigned to MARSHALL for providing general purpose commercial information technology equipment, software and professional services. The 5-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is open to all U.S. Federal Government agencies throughout the world; and offers an array of commercial items obtainable under "most favored customer" pricing.

MARSHALL has negotiated with a number of commercial vendor partners to bring the best value in state-of-the-art, high quality products and services for the Government. Agencies can place orders directly with MARSHALL, with deliveries made directly back to the ordering Agency. MARSHALL will have the newly approved FSS Schedule 70 posted to its website at http://www.marshallcomm.com in the next couple of weeks so that Agencies will have easy access to telecommunications products/services for ordering

MARSHALL has been providing quality products and services to the Federal Government since our GSA/Federal Technology Service (FTS) satellite communications contract award in early 2000 "delivering total solutions and products on-time and in a cost effective manner. Additionally, as a systems integrator, we are constantly working with the latest in technology and services thereby making the purchase decision easier for our customers. We maintain long term relationships with our vendor partners giving us the ability to negotiate lower prices and greater service capability," said Sonny Marshall, president and chief executive officer.

FSS Schedules not only allow the Federal Government to purchase the latest in state-of-the-art technology, but E-Government Act of 2002, Section 211, authorizes GSA to enable state and local government to use the Schedule 70.
