KEITH DYSON, VICE PRESIDENT, SYSTEMS INTEGRATION & ENGINEERING
 AND COURTNEY COLEMAN, VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

ASHBURN, VA. - November 2006 - Marshall Communications Corporation (MARSHALL) is pleased to announce the promotions of Mr. Keith E. Dyson to Vice President of Systems Integration & Engineering and Ms. Courtney J. Coleman to Vice President of Business Development. 

Mr. Dyson's responsibilities include spearheading efforts associated with Satellite and Computer Networks Engineering and Integration Services.  His responsibilities extend to providing leading edge business strategies, technical designs, systems architecture and infrastructure, integration and implementation to MARSHALL's customers worldwide.

Keith joined MARSHALL in 1998 and was instrumental in the successful development of MARSHALL's role in participating and influencing the satellite broadcast and VSAT industry partners to embrace standards-based, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) IP services and technology.  He has been on the forefront in leading efforts for benchmarking, testing, and demonstrating the latest in state-of-the-art technology for the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD). 

Ms. Coleman's responsibilities include business development, sales, marketing, and contracting efforts for MARSHALL.  Her responsibilities extend to include establishing MARSHALL with leading edge and "Best of Breed" industry partners to enhance MARSHALL's business strategy for Company growth.  She is instrumental in enhancing MARSHALL's current GSA/FTS Contract and establishing other GSA and industry vehicles for the Company.

Courtney joined MARSHALL in 2005 and has aggressively implemented a marketing outreach program to establish MARSHALL as an industry leader within the Federal and Commercial market arenas.  She has been successful in major public relations and market awareness campaigns thereby bringing added visibility to MARSHALL's expertise in providing systems integration and engineering services for satellite-based IP network solutions that are provided to our extensive customer base.  The outreach program has opened up additional MARSHALL teaming arrangements with other industry leaders, new business strategies and marketing opportunities to expand existing capabilities.
